About Us?

Hello everyone, I'm Ms. TingLin.

With a decade of experience in early childhood education, my work is driven by a genuine passion and a commitment to continuous learning. I firmly believe that nature is the best classroom. I love using flowers, plants, and trees to help children build their own unique connection with the natural world, and integrating everyday life scenes into our lessons to encourage them to observe and discover the wonder and breadth of our world.

I tailor unique thematic activities to each child's characteristics and interests. I specialize in teaching children aged 2.5 to 6 and spend extensive time on the front line, deeply engaging with them. From cognitive development and psychological well-being to basic life skills, gross and fine motor training, I am dedicated to providing a "whole-child" education opportunity for comprehensive development.

To further my professional expertise, I completed my ECE credits in 2017 and am currently pursuing my AMS Montessori teacher training from 2023 to 2025.

My greatest hope is that every child who comes to our school will experience a truly happy, joyful, and fulfilling childhood! I look forward to exploring and growing with your children in an environment filled with love and nature!

从事幼儿教育已经十年了。对我而言，教育不仅是工作，更是一份充满热情的事业。我始终相信，自然是最好的教室。我们热衷于用花草树木为孩子开启与自然的专属链接，并把日常生活场景融入课堂，引导孩子们用善于观察的眼睛，去发现这个世界的奇妙与宽广。

我会根据每个孩子的特性和喜好，为他们设计专属的主题活动课程。我最擅长教导2.5岁至6岁的孩子，并投入大量时间在一线与他们深度互动。从认知发展到心理建设，从基本生活技能到大运动与精细运动的训练，我致力于让孩子们获得全面发展的“全人教育”机会。

在专业道路上，我始终保持学习的心态，于2016-2017年修完了ECE幼儿教育学分，并正在2023-2025年间接受AMS系统的蒙特梭利教师职业培训。

我最大的期待，就是让每一位来到学校的孩子，都能度过一段幸福、快乐且收获满满的童年时光！我迫不及待地想和孩子们一起，在爱与自然中探索成长！
